The Food Runner plays a crucial part in our service operations by delivering food to diners accurately and efficiently. Maintaining the integrity of the meal by transporting it carefully and serving it while at optimal temperature is an important responsibility. Job Duties
- Welcome each guest with a smile and friendly greeting
- Help customers with orders by explaining dishes and drinks and making recommendations as appropriate
- Coordinate food orders to guarantee timely and efficient delivery to guests
- Refill water and periodically check on guests to handle any issues promptly
- Maintain our high food safety and sanitation standards
- Clean and reset tables
- Assist with customer complaints
- Be efficient, detail-oriented, courteous, and attentive to cleanliness
- Serve as many customers as possible quickly and efficiently
- Pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy of each dish
- Maintain a positive attitude and courteous demeanor
- Work well with others and assist with other responsibilities as needed
