Job Requirements
- must be at least sixteen years old
- valid Food Handlers Certification
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift at least 15 pounds
- capability to perform tasks involving bending, stooping, and reaching
- willingness to learn and adapt to POS software systems
- excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
Job Qualifications
- must be at least sixteen years old
- prior experience as a busser or in a similar hospitality role preferred but not required
- strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- excellent verbal communication skills
- valid Food Handlers Certification
- ability to learn restaurant POS software such as Aloha, Hot Schedule, and Paylocity
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently to provide a clean and welcoming dining area for guests
- assisting in dishwashing duties including sorting, stacking, and ensuring clean dishes, glassware, and utensils are readily available
- maintaining a clean and organized work area including floors, counters, and equipment
- regularly sanitizing surfaces to meet health and safety standards
- collaborating with serving staff by refilling beverages and delivering food orders
- cooperating with team members to create a positive work environment and ensure smooth operations
- offering friendly and attentive service to guests and responding to inquiries
