Known for its exceptional service, American Golf's teams take immense pride in meticulous course care, contributing to beautiful, inviting golfing environments where people can connect, play, and build lasting relationships. The company views golf not just as a sport but as a vibrant social hub where traditions flourish and community ties strengthen.

American Golf operates multiple golf courses and clubs, providing a broad range of services from golf instruction and course management to hospitality and event hosting. The company's commitment to excellence ensures that every visitor experiences superior customer service alongside well-maintained golf facilities. Their approach integrates passion for the game with a strong customer-focused culture, making them a preferred employer and partner in the golf industry.

The position of Server Assistant, also referred to as a Runner, is essential to American Golf's front-of-house operations. This role primarily involves assisting both the host and server teams to ensure the smooth flow of dining services. The responsibilities of the Server Assistant revolve around enhancing the guest experience by maintaining dining room readiness, attending to guest needs promptly, and supporting servers through timely replenishment and cleanup tasks. This role demands excellent communication skills and a warm personality, as the runner will directly interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Attention to detail is crucial, as the Server Assistant must ensure tables are properly set and reset, uphold sanitation and safety guidelines, and monitor dining areas for any special guest needs such as spills or utensil replenishment.

Working as a Server Assistant at American Golf affords team members the opportunity to grow their skills in the food and beverage industry while operating within a dynamic and supportive team environment. The role requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and occasionally lift items ranging from 30 to 50 pounds. It also demands adaptability to fast-paced, sometimes noisy environments, reinforcing the need for team players who are organized, dependable, and proactive.

American Golf values integrity, respect, and passion not only for the sport of golf but also for providing top-tier hospitality services. Joining their team means becoming part of a company that fosters inclusivity and equal opportunity for all employees and applicants regardless of race, color, religion, or other protected class status.
