Job Requirements
- High school diploma or related preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Friendly and courteous communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Adherence to sanitation and safety policies
- Ability to work cooperatively with team members

Job Duties
- Interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and setting tables
- Adheres to sanitation and safety policies
- Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed
- replenishing utensils
- refilling water glasses
- being alert to guest spills or other special needs
- Supports server by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners and service/bus stations
- Closes dining room by cleaning chairs and tables
- sweeping and/or vacuuming floors and removing trash and recyclables from the facility
- Performs other reasonable job duties as requested by leader
