The company prides itself on a collaborative team environment guided by a process-oriented culture that emphasizes planning, communication, tracking, evaluation, and adjustment for all decisions, ensuring team success and superior member satisfaction.
Spanish Hills Club, one of the flagship properties under the Camaraderie Clubs portfolio, is currently expanding its team by hiring a Food Runner. This role is vital in maintaining the high standards of dining service the club offers its members and guests. Joining as a Food Runner at Spanish Hills Club means becoming part of an exciting and dynamic environment where teamwork, attention to detail, and customer service excellence are paramount. The position offers a competitive wage of $16.90 per hour plus tips, along with valuable employee benefits such as a 401k retirement plan, advancement opportunities, employee recognition, referral bonuses, discounts at the clubs, and golf and tennis privileges.
The Food Runner plays a key role in the dining experience by helping to ensure a clean, tidy, and welcoming atmosphere in the club’s dining areas. Responsibilities include setting and clearing tables, replenishing beverages, and closely collaborating with servers and bartenders to respond promptly and courteously to the needs of members and guests. The Food Runner actively supports the club's commitment to quality service, sanitation, and safety standards to enhance the overall club experience.
This position is well-suited for energetic individuals with excellent interpersonal skills who are eager to contribute as part of a team while providing outstanding service in a prestigious country club setting. The Food Runner will also participate in pre- and post-shift duties, assist with clean-up and closing operations, and uphold local and state regulations concerning the responsible service of alcoholic beverages. By joining Camaraderie Clubs and Spanish Hills Club, candidates will be stepping into a role that fosters professional growth, community, and a shared vision of redefining the club membership landscape for today’s and tomorrow’s members.
