Job Duties
- Ensure all food items are prepared and sent out according to company standards for quality, consistency, and presentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked expo area
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures
- Execute accurate plate presentation and garnishing
- Deliver food to the correct tables quickly and professionally
- Check in with guests while running food to ensure they have everything they need
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
