Job Duties
- Ensure orders are completed on time and with correct priority
- Inspect the cleanliness, presentation, and temperature of completed dishes
- Perform finishing touches such as adding garnishes
- Deliver orders to maintain fast service
- Eliminate obstacles in service including food preparation lines or dishwashing
- Inform waitstaff about dish or ingredient shortages and emphasize special requests
- Inspect premises for quality and sanitation standards and assist in cleaning
- Transfer important information between management, kitchen, and front of house staff
- Execute other support tasks as needed
