- Real estate experience strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Problem solving skills
- At least 2 years in the customer service industry

Job Duties
- Provide frontline support for the ticket system
- Cross-train in all areas of onboarding and after onboarding
- Provide white-glove service to agents
- Answer inquiries through Intercom
- Follow up with NPS detractors
- Perform other duties as assigned
