The company continuously expands its portfolio to provide innovative solutions that empower communities and businesses to adopt sustainable energy practices effectively. Resource Innovations’ culture emphasizes diversity, equity, inclusion, and a commitment to creating meaningful environmental and social impact. This dedication has positioned Resource Innovations as a trusted partner in the energy sector and a leader in clean energy transformation.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experiential Events Specialist to join our growing team in Worcester, MA. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus. The Experiential Events Specialist will be instrumental in supporting Resource Innovations’ event operations through hands-on management of a mobile lab that showcases residential appliances, HVAC units, and battery storage technologies. This mobile lab is deployed at various event locations to engage with stakeholders and the broader community, showcasing energy-efficient and electrification technologies directly.
The Experiential Events Specialist role requires someone with a strong background in transportation, event setup, and customer-facing onsite engagement. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to represent Resource Innovations professionally and enthusiastically at various events. The role demands technical aptitude or a willingness to learn technical aspects to effectively manage the mobile lab’s operations. Primary responsibilities include safely operating tow vehicles and trailers, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, managing setup and teardown procedures at event sites, and delivering engaging presentations to event attendees.
This role also serves as a vital point of contact for logistical coordination related to live event activations, working closely with event teams, hosts, and partners to ensure smooth operations. The Experiential Events Specialist contributes to outreach efforts for identifying potential event hosts and supports future event opportunities, helping to expand the company’s network and impact. Attention to detail, time management under tight deadlines, and the ability to independently resolve operational issues are essential for success in this position.
The position requires working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, reflecting the dynamic nature of event schedules. Candidates with a customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities will thrive in this role. In addition, those with an interest in sustainability and passion for environmental impact will find this opportunity rewarding and aligned with their values. Resource Innovations values professional appearance and interpersonal skills, ensuring that staff present the company effectively and leave a positive impression on event attendees.

The company complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing non-discrimination in employment.
At Resource Innovations, we are committed to supporting our people and believe that employee well-being is crucial to delivering meaningful environmental change. Employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including three weeks of paid vacation annually, paid holidays, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, medical, dental, and vision insurance, parental leave, an employee assistance program, commuter benefits, and additional supplemental offerings. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and, if applicable, a pre-employment drug screen.
