Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • minimum 5 years of hands-on tandoor cooking experience
  • strong knowledge of Indian spices, marinades, and tandoor techniques
  • strong cooking fundamentals and experience working a busy line
  • culinary degree from IHM or equivalent preferred
  • a team player who thrives in a busy kitchen
  • weekend availability is required

Job Duties

  • Cooking naan, kabobs, and tikkas in a traditional tandoor
  • Prepping marinades and maintaining flavor consistency
  • Supporting general line cooking and prep work
  • Acting as expo during service by organizing tickets and managing kitchen-service communication
  • Collaborating closely with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food
  • Assisting with weekend events and catering gigs
