Job Requirements

Authorized to work in the U.S.
minimum 5 years of hands-on tandoor cooking experience
strong knowledge of Indian spices, marinades, and tandoor techniques
strong cooking fundamentals and experience working a busy line
culinary degree from IHM or equivalent preferred
a team player who thrives in a busy kitchen
weekend availability is required

Job Duties

Cooking naan, kabobs, and tikkas in a traditional tandoor
Prepping marinades and maintaining flavor consistency
Supporting general line cooking and prep work
Acting as expo during service by organizing tickets and managing kitchen-service communication
Collaborating closely with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food
Assisting with weekend events and catering gigs
