Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field
  • Minimum six years of recruiting or HR experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to provide hiring decision recommendations to upper management
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency with PC and common software such as Excel, MS Word, and HRIS databases
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Professional customer service orientation
  • Effective communication and active listening skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to make recommendations on hiring decisions to upper management
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in using PC and widely used software packages (e.g., Excel, MS Word, HRIS/database)

Job Duties

  • Act as the Talent Acquisition Relationship Manager for assigned business groups
  • Develop and update staffing priorities for each group
  • Conduct weekly customer relationship meetings and update staffing reports
  • Source and staff open positions
  • Recruit diverse candidates to achieve workforce goals
  • Directly recruit candidates for employment consideration
  • Work closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment and selection plans
  • Negotiate and manage external recruiting resources (researchers, agencies, internet service companies, etc.)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to establish employment offers
  • Develop approaches to identify and source needed talent (direct recruiting, open house gatherings, job fairs, internet recruiting)
  • Refer team members to appropriate contact points for headquarters talent management services (benefit services, complaint/issue resolution, drug and alcohol-free program)
  • Build and maintain relationships with team members across the organization at all levels
