The role of the Sushi Chef at BENTO involves preparing sushi menu items promptly and in accordance with predetermined quality standards. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of prior sushi experience and will undergo a skills assessment during the interview process to ensure their expertise meets the restaurant's expectations. Sushi Chefs at BENTO are responsible for handling kitchen equipment properly, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to national food safety regulations.
