As a key leadership figure in the kitchen, the Sous Chef will play a critical role in guiding the culinary team, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. With over 200 seats, this dining concept demands culinary excellence, operational efficiency, and a passionate, disciplined approach to leadership and continuous improvement.
