Candidates with backgrounds in formal dining and bar environments who seek to thrive in a more relaxed and lively atmosphere will find this position particularly rewarding.

As a Bartender/Server at Goodbar, your duties extend beyond basic service; you will engage guests with a genuine passion for hospitality by providing knowledgeable recommendations, upselling featured drink specials, and coordinating seamlessly with kitchen staff during peak hours. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with legal drinking age regulations, and processing cash transactions accurately are key responsibilities you will manage efficiently. Goodbar Management values team members who exhibit strong multitasking abilities, guest awareness, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.

The role is available both full-time and part-time, with competitive pay ranging from $25.00 to $40.00 per hour, reflective of experience and skill level. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes dental, health, and vision insurance, paid time off, flexible scheduling, employee discounts, food provisions during shifts, and paid training to help you grow and succeed. Working at Goodbar Management means being part of a team that celebrates hospitality and values each member’s contribution to a memorable guest experience. Candidates must have a valid ABCA Manager's License, TIPS certification, and a passion for delivering exceptional food and beverage service. If you are enthusiastic about hospitality and eager to develop your career in an engaging, team-oriented environment, Goodbar Management is the ideal place to elevate your professional journey.
