Job Requirements
- Hold an active Connecticut State Guard Card
- Possess a valid Connecticut State Driver's License
- Reliable transportation with a clean motor vehicle history
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of security experience or military/law enforcement equivalent
- Ability to maintain calm and professional demeanor
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Strong customer service orientation

- Active Connecticut State Guard Card

Job Duties
- Remain visible and actively monitor premises
- Maintain access control and enforce site regulations
- Conduct patrols to preserve order and safety
- Provide high-level customer service and information to clients’ employees and visitors
- Enforce regulations and directives pertaining to personnel and visitors
- Respond professionally and calmly to incidents
- Support receptionist and hospitality functions as needed
