Job Requirements

  • Hold an active Connecticut State Guard Card
  • Possess a valid Connecticut State Driver's License
  • Reliable transportation with a clean motor vehicle history
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of security experience or military/law enforcement equivalent
  • Ability to maintain calm and professional demeanor
  • Self-motivated and reliable
  • Strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of security experience or equivalent military/law enforcement experience
  • Active Connecticut State Guard Card
  • Active Connecticut State Driver's License with clean motor vehicle history
  • 1 year of receptionist or comparable experience preferred
  • Calm, polite, and professional demeanor
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • High level customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Remain visible and actively monitor premises
  • Maintain access control and enforce site regulations
  • Conduct patrols to preserve order and safety
  • Provide high-level customer service and information to clients’ employees and visitors
  • Enforce regulations and directives pertaining to personnel and visitors
  • Respond professionally and calmly to incidents
  • Support receptionist and hospitality functions as needed
