Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Acceptable driving record
- Pass background check
- Pass drug test
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Positive attitude with high energy and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate vehicles from a large inventory including highline models
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals to meet or exceed monthly volume targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Nissan and import vehicle specifications and features
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and positive referrals
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve dealership goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills
