Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced fine dining environment or equivalent
Knowledge of state and federal safety and sanitation regulations
Possession of a current Food Handler's Card and LEAD Card
Ability to learn company POS and timekeeping systems

Job Duties

Promote and sell culinary delights and unique beverages educating guests about food and Spanish culture
Follow established Steps of Service for optimal guest satisfaction
Utilize daily Opening and Closing Checklists to ensure procedures are completed
Prioritize guest satisfaction and ensure timely response to needs and requests
Enter food and beverage orders accurately into the Aloha system adhering to procedures
Maintain high-quality standards for all items served do not serve anything substandard
Oversee and direct activities of Bussers to ensure proper table service
