The manager also maintains the restaurant’s atmosphere by managing ambiance elements such as lighting, music, and table settings, ensuring every detail aligns with Fioretta’s brand image.
Human resource responsibilities are a significant component of the role. The manager will be responsible for hiring, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, ensuring all team members understand job expectations and receive constructive feedback for their development. This position also requires maintaining compliance with all sanitation and safety standards, company policies, and legal requirements, securing a safe, healthy working environment. Certifications in Allergen awareness, Sanitation, and ServSafe are mandatory for this role, emphasizing a commitment to guest and staff safety.
