Job Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience working in a high-volume pizza environment
  • Detroit-style pizza experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong knowledge of pizza-making techniques, dough handling, sauces, toppings, and oven cooking
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong attention to detail, food consistency, and presentation
  • Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
  • Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Continuously bend, reach, twist and use your hands and arms
  • Able to lift 40 pounds at a time

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook pizzas according to standardized recipes, specifications, and quality standards
  • Stretch, press, or shape dough and prepare pizza bases efficiently and consistently
  • Assemble pizzas with proper portioning, topping distribution, and presentation
  • Operate pizza ovens safely and effectively to ensure accurate cook times and product quality
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked pizza station throughout each shift
  • Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe kitchen environment
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours
