Job Requirements
- 2-4 plus years of experience working in a high-volume pizza environment
- Detroit-style pizza experience is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of pizza-making techniques, dough handling, sauces, toppings, and oven cooking
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail, food consistency, and presentation
- Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
- Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to standardized recipes, specifications, and quality standards
- Stretch, press, or shape dough and prepare pizza bases efficiently and consistently
- Assemble pizzas with proper portioning, topping distribution, and presentation
- Operate pizza ovens safely and effectively to ensure accurate cook times and product quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked pizza station throughout each shift
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe kitchen environment
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours
- Monitor food quality and ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time
- Assist with prep work, ingredient rotation, and inventory awareness to minimize waste
- Complete closing duties including cleaning equipment, station breakdown, and restocking as assigned by the Kitchen Manager
- Other duties as assigned
