Job Duties

  • Stretch, press, or shape dough and prepare pizza bases efficiently and consistently
  • Assemble pizzas with proper portioning, topping distribution, and presentation
  • Operate pizza ovens safely and effectively to ensure accurate cook times and product quality
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked pizza station throughout each shift
  • Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe kitchen environment
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours
  • Monitor food quality and ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time
  • Assist with prep work, ingredient rotation, and inventory awareness to minimize waste
  • Complete closing duties including cleaning equipment, station breakdown, and restocking as assigned by the Kitchen Manager
  • Other duties as assigned
