Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as pastry cook in a fine dining restaurant
- Michelin Star experience preferred
- ability to work single station in kitchen
- ability to stand for long periods
- excellent communication skills
- capability to perform repetitious duties
- ability to take direction from supervisor and manager
- knowledge of kitchen hygiene and occupational health and safety standards
- ability to work under pressure
- availability for AM and PM shifts
- availability Tuesday to Saturday
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as pastry cook in a fine dining restaurant
- preferably Michelin Star experience
- fine-tuned detailed pastry skills
- able to work single station in the kitchen
- ability to stand for long periods of time

- knowledge of kitchen hygiene and occupational health and safety standards
- ability to work under pressure
- must be available for AM and PM shifts
