We are currently seeking an experienced Pastry Cook to join our dynamic culinary team at Valle. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of pastry experience in fine dining, preferably within a Michelin Star restaurant, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and superior pastry skills. The Pastry Cook will be responsible for preparing all pastry products aligned with Valle's high standards, assisting senior culinary leaders, and ensuring consistency and quality in every dish produced. This position requires someone who thrives under pressure, can work independently at a single station, and is capable of taking clear direction from supervisors and managers.

The role is full-time and demands availability during both AM and PM shifts, with the restaurant operating from Tuesday through Saturday. The hourly wage ranges from $21.50 to $26.00, determined based on experience and education.
