Job Requirements

  • must have three years of experience as a pastry cook in a fine dining restaurant
  • Michelin Star experience preferred
  • ability to work single station in kitchen
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • must have great communication skills
  • capable of performing repetitious duties
  • ability to take direction from supervisor and/or manager
  • knowledge of kitchen hygiene and occupational health and safety standards
  • ability to work under pressure
  • must be available for AM and PM shifts
  • restaurant is open Tuesday - Saturday

Job Qualifications

  • three years of experience as a pastry cook in a fine dining restaurant
  • Michelin Star experience preferred
  • fine-tuned detailed pastry skills
  • ability to work at a single kitchen station
