Job Requirements
- must have three years of experience as a pastry cook in a fine dining restaurant
- Michelin Star experience preferred
- ability to work single station in kitchen
- ability to stand for long periods
- must have great communication skills
- capable of performing repetitious duties
- ability to take direction from supervisor and/or manager
- knowledge of kitchen hygiene and occupational health and safety standards
- ability to work under pressure
- must be available for AM and PM shifts
- restaurant is open Tuesday - Saturday
Job Qualifications
