- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items

Job Duties
- Prepare hot food products accurately and efficiently
- Portion food prior to cooking
- Plate and garnish cooked items according to standards
- Maintain clean and sanitary work area
- Follow Ruby Standards, recipes, and portion sizes consistently
- Communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and front of house staff
- Perform other food preparation duties as assigned
