Job Requirements

  • 2 or more years of chef or cooking experience
  • Previous casual dining restaurant experience
  • Dedication to cooking, prepping and preparing high-quality food
  • Valid Florida Food Handlers Card or ability to obtain one within 60 days
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Job Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of cooking or chef experience
  • Experience working in casual dining restaurants
  • Familiarity with Italian and Southern cuisine preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
  • Valid Florida Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain within 60 days
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet restaurant expectations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
  • Assist in the preparation and chopping of ingredients
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to support smooth service operations
  • Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation standards
  • Help manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
