Job Requirements
- 2 or more years of chef or cooking experience
- Previous casual dining restaurant experience
- Dedication to cooking, prepping and preparing high-quality food
- Valid Florida Food Handlers Card or ability to obtain one within 60 days
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Job Qualifications
- 2 or more years of cooking or chef experience
- Experience working in casual dining restaurants
- Familiarity with Italian and Southern cuisine preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- Valid Florida Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain within 60 days
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet restaurant expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Assist in the preparation and chopping of ingredients
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to support smooth service operations
- Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Help manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
