Eligible employees can access health, dental, and vision insurance options, participate in a 401(k) plan with company matching, enjoy paid vacation and holidays, benefit from paid parental bonding leave, take advantage of an employee assistance program, and seek tuition or professional certification reimbursement. In addition, all team members receive weekly pay, employee discounts, and development programs that encourage career advancement within a dynamic and rapidly growing company.
