Our app also facilitates job-related communication and requires you to upload before and after photos to ensure quality standards are met.

We offer a competitive flat rate for each job that effectively translates to $25 an hour or more, with additional incentive bonuses available. These bonuses include $20 for every 5-star customer review and $20 for accepting same-day job offers, providing extra earning potential for dedicated and responsive contractors. Our pay structure rewards efficiency, as you keep the full rate even if you complete a job ahead of schedule.

To qualify for this role, you need to have your own cleaning supplies and equipment, maintain general liability business insurance, and register a business with the City of Portland, a simple and quick process. A background check and smartphone are also required since you will be accessing customers' homes and managing job details independently through our app. This contractor role is suited for those who have prior cleaning experience, are reliable, independently motivated, and comfortable managing their own taxes as self-employed individuals.
