We are currently seeking a smiling, positive, skilled, and hardworking Hostess to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that guests feel welcomed and valued from the very first interaction. The position involves greeting guests warmly, managing the waiting list efficiently, and escorting guests to their tables while providing them with menus. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential, as the Hostess coordinates with servers and management to maintain smooth restaurant operations. Strong communication skills are required for answering phone calls and addressing customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
The role demands flexibility, with typical working hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, including mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Experience with reservation systems, particularly proficiency using Resy OS, is preferred to ensure seamless management of guest reservations.
