Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of related experience in food service or nutrition support
Valid ServeSafe certification or equivalent
Ability to follow food safety protocols and sanitation standards
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
Availability to work full-time day shifts

Job Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of recent relevant experience
ServeSafe certification
Ability to adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Basic food preparation skills

Job Duties

Prepare and serve food for hospital patients, employees, physicians, and guests
Prepare grill items and serve on various stations in cafeteria
Prepare cold food items for patient areas as described in standards
Maintain adequate supply of items required for salad bar, patient, and unit stocking
Follow Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Safe Handling Guidelines for food safety and sanitation
Provide excellent customer services when working with patients, visitors, and other staff members
Perform sanitation, dishwashing, tray collection, and other routine nutrition services tasks
