Job Duties
- Maintains operations by preparing and enforcing policies and standard operating procedures for all FOH and Bar staff
- implementing productivity, quality, and patron-service standards
- determining and implementing system improvements for all FOH and Bar teams
- Maintains patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings
- initiating improvements
- building relationships with preferred patrons
- provides excellent customer service and serves as the Manager on Duty to resolve customer issues
- Recruits, interviews, hires, trains, develops, coaches, and disciplines FOH and Bar staff and leadership
- Leads by example in all aspects and service
- enforces and models the employee meal and drink policy
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing FOH and Bar sanitation standards and procedures

- Acts as the point of contact for special events, fundraisers, catering, etc.

- Creates weekly FOH and Bar schedule for all locations under their purview
- Works with suppliers and vendors to take inventory and order all FOH and Bar needs
- Regularly checks and maintains all FOH and Bar equipment to ensure everything is in working order
- maintains relationships with vendors to ensure any equipment issues are dealt with effectively
- Follows all company policy and procedures regarding dealing with cash, equipment and property
- Works weekly bartending, cashier and front of house shifts at all locations under their purview
