Job Requirements

  • must possess 200 hours of faa-approved prior qualifying time
  • 200 hours as second in command at part 121 carrier or equivalent
  • minimum 1,465 flight hours or r-atp qualified
  • must hold faa commercial pilot certificate with multi-engine and instrument ratings
  • current first-class faa medical certificate
  • valid passport for unrestricted travel within the u.s.
  • valid driver’s license
  • willing to accept base assignment in seattle portland spokane boise medford anchorage or everett
  • willing to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays without restrictions
  • ability to communicate in english
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum age 21 years old
  • authorized to work in the u.s.

Job Qualifications

  • faa commercial pilot certificate with multi-engine and instrument ratings
  • possession of a current first-class faa medical certificate
  • fc c permit restricted radiotelephone operator
  • valid driver’s license
  • minimum 1,465 hours total flight time or r-atp qualified
  • 200 hours fa-approved prior qualifying time
  • 200 hours second in command at a part 121 carrier or equivalent
  • 500 hours cross-country flight time or 200 if r-atp or military qualified
  • 100 hours night flight time
  • 250 total pilot in command hours including 100 cross-country and 25 night hours
  • 75 hours instrument flight time
  • 25 hours multi-engine flight time
  • ability to communicate in English
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum age 21 years old
  • authorized to work in the u.s.

Job Duties

  • perform as second in command in the transport of passengers mail freight or other commercial purposes
  • ensure all aspects and conduct of flight including preflight paperwork flight safety and post flight duties
  • comply with federal aviation regulations faa company flight procedures and company policies
  • coordinate tasks such as flight fueling loading and passenger handling to ensure safe transport
  • collaborate as a team member in the flight deck and with operational departments
  • maintain professional image including grooming standards and demeanor
  • represent the company to internal and external customers
