Job Requirements

previous bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale environment
certification in responsible alcohol service e.g. tam servsafe is preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
comprehensive knowledge of wines spirits and cocktails
ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties

prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages including classic cocktails wine and spirits with flair and precision
provide knowledgeable recommendations on drink pairings to complement our menu offerings
maintain a clean and organized bar area ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
engage with guests in a professional and personable manner enhancing their overall dining experience
manage and restock bar inventory keeping track of supplies and proactively addressing any shortages
collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
stay informed about industry trends and continuously refine mixology skills
