Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience
Familiarity with Mediterranean, Mexican, or New American cuisine preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Physical stamina to handle kitchen demands
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
