Charming Fig is a well-established casual dining restaurant that is expanding its successful catering business, which has thrived for over 13 years. Known for its welcoming atmosphere and commitment to quality, Charming Fig aims to provide guests with delicious, freshly prepared meals in a comfortable setting. The restaurant focuses on offering a diverse menu that caters to a variety of tastes, ensuring that every visit leaves a positive impression on its customers. We are currently seeking an experienced chef to join our kitchen team at Charming Fig. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working on the hotline, ensuring efficient and timely preparation and delivery of meals during busy service hours. While breakfast kitchen experience is preferred, it is not a strict requirement for this role. The position offers a competitive wage and works within our daily operating hours from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with potential additional hours available during events and food preparation periods. We offer both part-time and full-time positions, accommodating varying availability and preferences.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years kitchen experience, preferably on a hotline
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Clear communication abilities
- Availability during restaurant hours and event times
Job Qualifications
- Experience working on a kitchen hotline
- Knowledge of safe food handling and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Previous experience in breakfast service preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to menu specifications
