Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional caregiver experience
  • Proof of a valid drivers license, vehicle insurance, registration, and a reliable vehicle
  • Open availability strongly preferred
  • Basic computer skills

Job Duties

  • Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
  • Complete activities of daily living (ADLs) in a safe and professional manner
  • Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social and emotional support
  • Assist with personal care activities including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation
  • Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed
  • Perform administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and report changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
