Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
legal age to serve alcoholic beverages as per state or local laws
ability to stand for extended periods
willingness to work in a fast-paced and sometimes hectic environment
adherence to grooming and dress code policies
ability to perform physically demanding tasks
availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

prior bartending experience preferred but not required
excellent customer service skills
ability to operate point of sale machines or cash registers
strong communication skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
knowledge of basic drink mixing techniques
ability to follow health and safety guidelines
physical stamina to endure long shifts
flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

working independently or in a team to mix, prepare, serve, or transport alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
engaging with customers while operating a point of sale machine or cash register in a professional and courteous manner
clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, equipment, or other items at the start or end of your shift
work on your feet, either stationary or constantly moving for the full shift
reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities at times, as required by the immediate supervisor
comfortable working in a busy and at times hectic environment
adhering to dress code requirements including wearing close-toed shoes and pants
following GMP guidelines when handling food, including keeping hair up, maintaining neatly trimmed fingernails, and covering facial hair if required
