Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to work flexibly including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to comply with dress code and GMP guidelines
- Must be responsible and reliable
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Ability to operate point of sale systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of drink mixing and preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Physical stamina to work on feet for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene guidelines
Job Duties
- Work independently or in a team to mix, prepare, serve, or transport alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Engage with customers while operating a point of sale machine or cash register in a professional and courteous manner
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, equipment, or other items at the start or end of your shift
- Work on your feet, either stationary or constantly moving for the full shift
- Reach, crouch, bend over, and perform other physically strenuous activities as required
- Follow specific dress code requirements including close-toed shoes and pants
- Adhere to GMP guidelines for food handling including keeping hair up, neatly trimmed fingernails, and covering facial hair if required
