Job Requirements
- One year craft coffee experience a must
- Experience on semi-automatic machine
- Smiley, happy, self aware with a true sense of urgency
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Ability and willingness to adapt and innovate
- Successful multi-tasker
- Ability to remain calm and collected during peak times and under stress
- Availability of 3-4 days minimum
- No evening shifts
- Service to others must come naturally
- Keen awareness and action to staying healthy at work and in personal life
- Must be able to lift 40lbs
- Cold brew and nitro system experience a plus
- Drive thru experience a plus
- Cafe experience a plus
- Latte art
- Two years college to actively seeking college degree
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of craft coffee experience
- Experience using semi-automatic espresso machines
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Friendly and outgoing with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm under stress and during busy periods
- Willingness to take initiative and work well in a team
- Availability for at least 3-4 days per week
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve craft coffee beverages using semi-automatic espresso machines
- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop and equipment
- Adapt and innovate processes to improve team success
- Manage multi-tasking efficiently during peak hours
- Support team members to ensure smooth operation
- Handle merchandise and food items with care and attention to quality
