The role available at Cuppa Cuppa Coffee Company is for an experienced part-time barista, ideal for individuals who are passionate about craft coffee and who thrive in a team-oriented environment. This position requires at least one year of craft coffee experience, specifically with semi-automatic espresso machines, and a dedicated work ethic that suits a fast-paced shop. The barista will be expected to deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, community-focused approach and uphold the company's reputation for quality and efficiency. This role is suitable for friendly, energetic individuals who enjoy working with others and can maintain composure during busy periods. The position requires availability for at least 3-4 days per week, with no evening shifts, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Experience with cold brew and nitro coffee systems, drive-thru service, cafe environments, and latte art are considered advantages.

The hourly rate for this position is $17.25 per hour, based on experience and position, plus good tips.
