Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to pour and serve alcohol
- minimum 1 year restaurant experience
- friendly energetic detail-oriented team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- desire to help where needed and work as part of a team
- ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire bar area and service wells
- excellent communication skills
- exceptional attention to detail
- exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms
- flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- must be able to stand walk reach bend stoop and wipe for extended periods of time
- must be able to carry trays and supplies up to 50 lbs
- food handler certification
- responsible alcohol service certification
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages consistently adhering to all recipe standards
- protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation safety and alcohol beverage control policies
- anticipate guests’ needs and exceed guest service expectations
- be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu with the ability to answer questions and make suggestions
- take orders serve bar patrons and process payment
- keep designated service stations clean and organized
- restock and replenish bar inventory
- ensure guests are enjoying their experience and take action to correct any problems
- conclude the guest experience by acknowledging choice of establishment and inviting patrons to return
- complete assigned sidework at the beginning during and at end of shift
