Job Requirements

  • Must be of legal age to pour and serve alcohol
  • minimum 1 year restaurant experience
  • friendly energetic detail-oriented team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • desire to help where needed and work as part of a team
  • ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire bar area and service wells
  • excellent communication skills
  • exceptional attention to detail
  • exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms
  • flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • must be able to stand walk reach bend stoop and wipe for extended periods of time
  • must be able to carry trays and supplies up to 50 lbs
  • food handler certification
  • responsible alcohol service certification

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve beverages consistently adhering to all recipe standards
  • protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation safety and alcohol beverage control policies
  • anticipate guests’ needs and exceed guest service expectations
  • be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu with the ability to answer questions and make suggestions
  • take orders serve bar patrons and process payment
  • keep designated service stations clean and organized
  • restock and replenish bar inventory
  • ensure guests are enjoying their experience and take action to correct any problems
  • conclude the guest experience by acknowledging choice of establishment and inviting patrons to return
  • complete assigned sidework at the beginning during and at end of shift
