Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • at least four years of experience in a high volume restaurant
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • culinary training or certification preferred
  • ability to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • attention to detail

Job Duties

  • prepare lunch and dinner items per guest orders
  • prepare large banquet function menus
  • maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
  • adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
  • manage food preparation during high-volume service periods
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
  • assist with inventory and stock control
