Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior commercial baking experience required
ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
strong commitment to food safety
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
ability to stand for extended periods
good communication skills

Job Qualifications

Commercial baking experience
ability to follow written and verbal directions
ability to read recipes and measure accurately
familiarity with food safety and knife skills
ServSafe certification or culinary training is a plus

Job Duties

Bake Co-op favorites using approved recipes
prep, set up, and clean station daily
use mixers, ovens, tilt skillet, immersion blender, and other kitchen tools
maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
reduce waste by following par sheets and tracking shrink
