Job Duties
- Assign and assist with apartment service requests ensuring all work orders are logged accurately and completed promptly
- Manage vacant apartments ensuring timely preparation for new leases
- Maintain the grounds by keeping them free of debris and trash
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Handle electrical plumbing appliance repairs installations and replacements meeting industry standards
- Perform tasks including electrical circuits switches receptacles breakers and light fixtures
- Conduct appliance repairs and installations stoves refrigerators washers dryers
- Carry out plumbing repairs toilets sinks vanities disposals
- Execute caulking minor carpentry window screens and blinds
- Manage interior and exterior doors minor painting and drywall repair
