Job Requirements

Minimum one year experience in specialty coffee
Proficient with espresso and latte art
Fluent in English
High emotional intelligence
Excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

At least one year of experience as a specialty coffee barista
Strong latte art skills and solid understanding of espresso
Fluent in English
High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
Demonstrated passion for specialty coffee and eagerness to learn
Ability to make guests feel welcome and comfortable
Attention to detail especially in cleanliness and presentation
Reliable, punctual, with clear and rapid communication
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Bonus: technical troubleshooting skills

Job Duties

Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and care
Engage guests warmly to provide an exceptional customer experience
Maintain cleanliness and visual presentation of the café
Operate state-of-the-art coffee equipment skillfully
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café and catering operations
Attend world-class training sessions and apply new knowledge
Adapt to flexible shifts between café and catering as needed
