The Experience Services Concierge position at Beacon Hill Associates is a pivotal role designed for an individual who thrives in a hospitality-focused corporate environment and is keen on offering an exceptional guest and workplace experience. This role functions in a hybrid work setting during Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, compensated at a competitive rate of $23 per hour. The Experience Services Concierge acts as the frontline representative in a corporate office environment, tasked with delivering a high-touch service experience to both guests and employees. The role involves proactively engaging with visitors and staff to provide assistance, wayfinding, and orientation, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities include managing workplace and guest experiences by offering timely assistance and acting as a knowledgeable hub for information regarding campus services and amenities. The concierge supports meeting coordination, reception coverage, and various personalized assistance tasks, working across departments to ensure smooth event execution and uphold hospitality standards. The role requires a blend of strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of a fast-paced corporate environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management software such as Yardi supports the operational aspects of the role. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service or hospitality experience, exceptional communication abilities, a professional demeanor, and the flexibility to juggle shifting priorities efficiently. Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant customer service or hospitality experience
  • strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
