Job Requirements

  • Hs diploma or equivalent experience or ged required
  • prior customer service experience required
  • minimum one year of front desk, concierge, customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • strong knowledge of surrounding area and relevant information
  • authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Job Duties

  • Welcome tenants/employees and announce clients, applicants, and visitors
  • respond promptly with accurate and detailed information
  • conduct front-of-house activities including guest registration and guest accommodation
  • provide visitors with building navigation information
  • issue visitor passes
  • answer telephone in a friendly, professional manner
  • maintain accurate records of service requests and status
  • arrange guides as needed
  • receive and direct incoming calls and messages
  • assist tenants/employees and guests with services including transportation questions, office wayfinding, guest and administrative support
  • maintain neat appearance of reception and nearby common spaces
  • perform visitor volume tracking and reporting
  • serve as a point of contact and extension of the facilities team
  • request building and housekeeping services
  • inspect common area equipment and arrange for service
  • perform general administrative duties related to packages and mail
  • support meeting and event tasks including scheduling and setup
  • follow security and emergency procedures
  • respond to emergency situations calmly
  • order and stock office supplies and common use items
  • maintain a file of transportation sources, accommodations, and referral contacts
  • contribute site specific content for Host Digital
