This high-profile role requires an individual who exercises sound judgment, demonstrates problem-solving skills, and fosters a positive work culture. Key responsibilities include supporting the kitchen team, actively participating in daily prep and clean-up, managing inventory within budget guidelines, and ensuring exceptional dining experiences for guests. The environment encourages a fun and engaging workplace, promoting energy and passion during service while maintaining professional conduct. Familiarity with current culinary trends and the ability to work independently and as a team player are essential. Additionally, knowledge of proper food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations are imperative to comply with federal, state, and local health standards.

The Segra Club values diversity and inclusion, offering equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected classification.
