Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in event or restaurant management
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in hospitality settings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Availability to work nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Oversee planning and execution of private events, group dining, and catering, including guest communication, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site management
- Support day-to-day restaurant operations, including service flow, kitchen expediting, staff coordination, and FOH/BOH leadership
- Train, coach, and motivate team members while upholding CHG service and quality standards
- Maintain event systems, menus, collateral, and communication across POS, calendars, and reservation platforms
- Help manage labor, costs, inventory, and cleanliness standards across the venue
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every guest interaction reflects sincere hospitality and attention to detail
