Job Duties

  • Expedite food orders from the kitchen to the service team ensuring accuracy and presentation
  • Communicate effectively with cooks and servers to prioritize orders and maintain workflow
  • Verify guest ticket times and track for quality assurance
  • Clear bus and reset tables in dining and serving areas as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations dining areas and kitchen surfaces
  • Assist in stocking organizing and rotating inventory and supplies
  • Support the kitchen team in food prep and basic cleaning tasks as required
