Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- culinary training preferred
- must have two to three years working in a fast paced high-end club or restaurant
- must be able to work extended hours including late nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to stand, sit, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms
- ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- practice safe work habits and follow all safety policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Communicate orders and information between front of house and back of house
- ensure food is cooked in correct order, efficiently and presented correctly to guests
- follow assignments for opening and closing procedures and food preparation
- ensure proper food temperatures are maintained and items are accurately delivered
- maintain safety standards, neatness, and sanitation of work areas
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen including shelves, walls, floors and drains
- participate as a team player with responsibilities related to preparation, service and delivery of product
- handle and clean kitchen equipment carefully and safely
- adhere to company guidelines for appearance and uniform standards
- lead the food runners and coordinate accurate delivery of orders
- perform other duties as assigned
