Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous relevant restaurant experience is preferred
- Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment
- Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift
- Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building
- Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees, dining room staff, management and guests
- Understanding of English language
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Comfortable standing for extended periods of time
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Continuously bend, reach and twist

Job Duties
- Manage ticket times to ensure food is delivered fresh and within ticket time standards
- Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed guest expectations
- Send accurate orders to tables
- Ensure restroom checks are completed
- Conduct side work required for each shift
- Maintain knowledge of all chemicals used in the building
- Communicate clearly and listen attentively with employees, staff, management, and guests
