The primary responsibility is to ensure that orders are delivered to tables swiftly and with accuracy. Acting as the essential link between the kitchen staff and the serving team, the expeditor not only relays customer orders promptly to the kitchen but also inspects each dish before it leaves the kitchen to verify that it meets stringent food quality and hygiene standards. This role involves enforcing our restaurant's specific hygiene protocols, such as making sure that food orders are properly covered during transit to the tables.

Beyond just managing the flow of orders, the expeditor must ensure open and efficient communication with waiters and waitresses, signaling when orders are ready to serve, thus enabling a smooth and efficient meal service experience. Customer satisfaction is paramount, and therefore, the expeditor also contributes to maintaining a clean and inviting dining atmosphere.
