Established as a vital partner in the events industry, GES is continuously expanding and innovating to meet the evolving needs of its clients.\n\nThe Exhibitor Showsite Coordinator at GES plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of trade shows by assisting customers who exhibit at various events produced by the company. This role is responsible for managing the daily coordination tasks before, during, and after the event to guarantee a seamless experience for exhibitors. The position requires a proactive and organized professional who can handle multiple responsibilities including pre-show preparations, show site operations, and show close activities. A key part of the job involves coordinating logistics such as order processing, labor management, billing, and collections, as well as conducting invoice reviews with customers to ensure transparency and satisfaction. The successful candidate must exhibit a customer service mindset, positive attitude, and adaptability to work flexibly across different departments and environments. Travel is a significant component of the role, with the expectation to be on-site at events up to 75% of the time, which requires flexibility in schedule including working nights and weekends when necessary.\n\nThe work environment includes a mix of office-based tasks and on-site duties at event locations, often involving physical activity such as setting up and breaking down service centers. The role can involve exposure to noise, temperature variations, and repetitive motions, requiring physical stamina and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments. GES values its team members as family and is dedicated to supporting them through comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities.
